Was just listening again to Fionntulach’s Spring Equinox talk describing the practice of Corgus - choosing a behaviour that gets in the way of fully living our ’Dan’, and then closely observing ourselves doing it over the span of 40 days. I’m really struck by what an ninja level exercise in developing our meta communicator this is. In her inimitable trickster way she describes it as though this would be quite easy - don’t try to stop or change your behaviour, ‘just’ observe every little detail of yourself doing it. I‘m laughing because, certainly in the case of behaviours that are designed to block self awareness in some way ( like zoning out with tv, etc) closely watching ourselves then is almost impossible by definition! 🤣 What a great practice!
